Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s visual extravaganza Brahmastra has passed the crucial Monday test with flying colors. The film has collected a huge Rs. 125 Crs Nett in its first weekend in all languages and the worldwide gross stands at Rs. 225 Crs by the end of the first weekend.
As per the early estimates, Brahmastra has collected Rs. 16 Crs net on its first Monday which is not bad. It is only a 55 percent drop when compared to the Friday collections which are usual for any film. Brahmastra is now looking for Rs. 175 Crs weekend and the collections are surely a major relief for Bollywood which is having a really tough time.
Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukerji and is the first installment in the trilogy series.
