This coming Christmas festival weekend, SRK’s Dunki and Prabhas’ Salaar Part One are getting released and the analysts are terming this as the clash of the titans. Both these movies are big in their way. SRK this year has scored 2 1000 Crores movies and Prabhas on the other hand is joining hands with Prashant Neel.
Both films have a huge buzz around them and are expected to shatter some records in style. However, there is no comparison between these two movies coming to advance bookings as Salaar is way ahead of Dunki. When considering the pre-sales Salaar has collected $625K which is considered a very good number as the release is more than a week to come. On the other hand, Dunki has only collected a little less than $100K. So, the audience’s first preference is very clear. Will the same buzz translate to the domestic market as well?
Who will take the upper hand at the BO? Only time will tell.
