1. Hyderabad One (H1)
On the name of Hyderabad One, a 47 floors co-living space is under construction in Hyderabad. It is being made with a 1500 Cr budget.
2. V-shaped bridge at tank bund
A V-shaped bridge protruding into the tank bund is also under planning. If it materializes it will be a great tourist attraction.
3. 125 feet Ambedkar statue
A 125 feet Ambedkar statue is being built in Hyderabad in remembrance of the great man.
4. Police Towers
The four-tower police command center in Banjara Hills Hyderabad is another major attraction. It is being built in a corporate style and will soon be functioning.
5. Housing Colony
For the poor with the name of Dignity Housing Scheme, 112 blocks of 15,600 blocks are under construction and it will be soon opened. It is also Asia’s largest housing colony.
6. Twin IT towers
Hyderabad is one of the major IT destinations in the country and now will have lavish twin IT towers in Kompally.
7. Flyover from Aramghar to Nehru Zoo
The second-largest flyover starting from Aramghar to Nehru Zoological Park is all set to be inaugurated by GHMC this year.
8. Bansilalpet stepwell
A 17th century-old stepwell in Bansilalpet is being restored. Already 2000 tonnes of debris have been removed by GHMC officials and it will be restored completely very soon.
