Telugu Desam Party general secretary and former Minister Nara Lokesh has slammed the YSRCP government and the state’s Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy over his liquor promise. He criticized that before the elections Jagan has promised “Sampoorna Madya Paana Nishedam (Complete liquor ban)”, later he changed that to a phased manner and now he made the state, Sampoorna Madya Paana Pradesh. He questioned Jagan on what happened to his election promise.
Lokesh called YS Jagan ‘Boom Boom Reddy’. Lokesh commented that the YSRCP government has crossed all limits in case of a liquor ban. He calls the act of YS Jagan to procure Rs. 8,300 new loans by mortgaging the liquor drinkers in the state. The Chief Minister has given it in writing, in contrast to his election promise, that he would not implement the liquor prohibition policy.
Nara Lokesh has taken this issue to his advantage and slammed the Chief Minister in his style.
