Former Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy‘s murder case has so many twists and turns that it is no less than a thriller. YS Sunitha has today alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is protecting YS Avinash Reddy in the murder case of YS Viveka. YS Suneetha has approached the Supreme Court against the Telangana High Court’s ruling to not arrest Avinash Reddy until the 25th of this month.
In the petition, Suneeth stated that the Supreme Court has ordered to complete the investigation in this case by April 30th but the latest High Court’s order to not arrest Avinash Reddy will derail the case, she said. The Chief Justice’s bench will hear the case today. In the petition, YS Suneetha alleged that Avinash Reddy is in CM’s protection.
YS Avinash Reddy’s father Bhaskar Reddy has already been arrested by CBI in this case and YS Avinash Reddy is looking not to go under the radar.
