According to a leaked Supreme Court document, the Abortion law could be repealed in the US. The popular media channel, Politico, has published a document of the Supreme Court and according to it, the apex court is all set to overturn the 1973 decision that legalized abortion nationwide.
If the leaked document turns out to be true, Million of women would lose their right to get aborted of their will. If the Supreme Court strikes down the Roe v Wade ruling, then the decision will be in the hands of the individual states. If they wish they could ban abortion.
Afterward, it is expected almost half the states would implement the ban immediately. Mississippi has been asking for the decision to be overturned for some time and in December the justices heard the case. However, the document which is said to be the ‘1st draft’ might be/might not be the final draft, reveals the sources.
