Mega Prince Varun Tej has been going through a rough phase in his career off late. He has pinned all his hopes on his latest release Operation Valentine. The film is hitting the screens on March 1st. The film is based on the air strike based on the deadly Pulwama attack. The trailer of the film is quite impressive.
Operation Valentine is the costliest film in Varun Tej’s career. It is made with a budget of Rs. 50 Crores. The positive thing here is that the makers have recovered their entire budget with the non-theatrical deals. The entire theatrical revenue will come under as profits for them.
Amazon Prime Video bought the entire digital rights of the film for Rs. 26 Crores. The non-theatrical Hindi rights of the movie are sold for Rs. 14 Crores. While the Telugu satellite rights deal is expected to be closed for Rs. 6.5 Crores, the music rights are sold for Rs. 2.5 Crores.
