TANA has seen its highest inclusion of members in the association. As many as 33,000 joined the association before January 31st and the association had to verify the credentials before March 15th. The Membership Verification Committee failed to do so and this resulted in losing the right to vote.

Gudipati Krishna, Battu Murali Mohan from Maryland, and Darapaneni Hazrat from Texas filed a case in the Maryland court in Baltimore, claiming that this is a violation of their fundamental rights. In their suit, they requested the court to stay the release of the voter list of the new members till the final verdict of the court. The TANA members meeting will be held today evening and a positive decision on this issue to protect the honor of the Tana is expected to be taken.
