National Award-winning director Nag Ashwin is now directing Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas in the lead role. Nag Ashwin today participated in an event at IIT Mumbai and there, he revealed some surprising and interesting details about the project.
He said that they had created a new world for Kalki 2898 AD. “In India, we haven’t seen many science-fiction films. For Kalki, we have created a new world. We have built everything from scratch. In the film, you can see how Indian Cities will look in the future. We have been working on the project for five years. I feel very proud of what we have worked so far. Currently, I can’t say much about the characters in the movie but I have worked with some of the biggest actors in the nation and they all are very humble,” he said.
Asked about the promotional content, Nag Ashwin said that the trailer of Kalki 2898 AD will be out in 93 days. Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, and others will be seen in interesting roles.
