IPL 2023: Sunrisers Hyderabad managed to live another day. They had a crazy win the other night as Rajasthan Royals managed to lose after almost winning it. With 5 required off the last ball, SRH batter Abdul Samad holed out to long off but it eventually turned out to be a no-ball.
Batting first RR has gotten to a superb start. Yashasvi Jaiswal who has been in superb form has continued the momentum and taken the team to a flier. Buttler who has been struggling, and Samson who is not converting big starts have taken the team to a comfortable total. RR scored 214 in their 20 overs.
Chasing a mammoth total, SRH have gotten to a good start as Anmolpreet Singh and Abhishek Sharma have taken the powerplay to a flier. Rahul Tripathi then gave a good company. However, SRH innings got a much needed boost when Klaasen gave few lusty blows. Glenn Phillips stepped on the gas when 41 needed in 12 balls. He smashed Kuldip to 3 sixes and a four. Abdul Samad finished the innings in style.
