YS Sharmila who founded the YSRT Party has now made a shocking decision. Sharmila after founding the party actively participated in many political programs. She even did padayatra in Telangana which got a decent response. She criticized KCR’s ruling and stated that she wanted to bring down the BRS government at any cost.
However, ahead of the Telangana polls a lot of scenarios have changed. YS Sharmila tried to merge her party with Congress. At one point, it seemed like happening but nothing of such sort happened and Sharmila announced that her party was going to contest in the elections in all the 118 constituencies.
Even the Election Commission allotted a Binocular symbol for the party. All this has happened and when the nominations day started, YS Sharmila has thrown a shocking bomb that she and her party will not be contesting in the upcoming elections. Besides that, she called her supporters to vote for Congress in the elections. This comes as a shocking decision to all the YSR supporters as Sharmila has worked hard all these months for the elections and ahead of it, she dropped.
