Icon Star Allu Arjun is not politically inclined to any party but his family members and relatives are quite active in politics. His uncle Pawan Kalyan is leading Jana Sena in Andhra Pradesh and his father-in-law Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy is an active political leader. He has expected Nagarjuna Sagar MLA ticket from BRS in the recently concluded elections.
He even conducted a massive public meeting in Nagarjuna Sagar to show his strength. He even announced that Allu Arjun would campaign. However, the BRS party ignored him and granted a ticket to Nomula Bhagath. With the Congress party coming into power, Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy has changed loyalties.
He met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and after a satisfactory meeting with him, Chandrasekhar Reddy decided to join the Congress party. The close sources say that the Chief Minister has promised him the Malkgiri MP ticket in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
