The Indian government has brought back more than 200 Indian idols and artifacts since 2014. As per the latest records, only 13 idols were retrieved till 2013 and the process fastened after that. After 2014, India brought back more than 200 precious Idols.
India has been successful in bringing its precious heritage, thanks to Narendra Modi‘s leadership. Avalokiteshwara Padmapani idol which was more than 1,000 years old was stolen a few years back and it was now successfully retrieved from Italy. Similarly, Bhagwan Anjaneyar, Hanuman Ji’s idol which was more than 700 years old was stolen from a temple in Vellore. It was handed back to Australia from India.
There were many such sculptures, artifacts, and precious idols that were stolen and exported illegally to other countries. However, under the able leadership of Narendra Modi, India is bringing back our proud heritage.
