Samantha starrer Yashoda film producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad has today announced that all the hurdles regarding the OTT release of the movie are now cleared. It is very well known that a few days ago, EVA fertility center has approached the court to stay the film’s OTT release as their brand’s name is getting defamed. The court gave orders in favor of the hospital and ordered a stay on the OTT release which was due in a couple of weeks.
In Yashoda, the story revolves around a fertility center named EVA and thus the hospital had a problem with the name. Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad wanted to solve the issue amicably and agreed to remove the hospital name wherever necessary. They have removed as promised and premiered the changes to EVA IVF MD Tumu Mohana Rao who was satisfied.
With both parties happy, the court agreed to withdraw the case, and hence the issue was solved smoothly.
