Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s current film Yashoda has performed decently well at the box office. The movie collected a decent share in the first weekend and with the reviews, the film got everyone thinking that it will be a profitable venture. However, Yashoda crashed down on the first Monday and there is no pickup.
Yashoda continues to slide down on the weekdays. The Tuesday collections are down and the trend is the same for Wednesday as well. Yashoda needs a miracle in the second weekend to be in the safe zone. The only positive aspect is that Yashoda will not have any competition this weekend.
The film is a safe venture in the USA though. It has crossed the 500K dollars mark and proves Samantha’s stamina. Hari and Harish directed the movie and senior producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad funded it.
