Looks like Kangana Ranaut is having a hard time at the box office. Very recently, her South Indian film Chandramukhi 2 bombed big time. There were no takers for that movie. Now, in her recent outing, Tejas had to face a similar result. Tejas revolves around the inspiring life story of Air Force pilot Tejas Gill. The film was directed by Sarvesh Mewara. Tejas which was released last weekend received negative to mixed reviews.
More than the reviews, the film received embarrassing collections. On the opening day, Tejas collected only Rs. 1.25 Crores Nett which is quite shocking. Also, the collections didn’t improve on the following day. The film has seen only 4 percent growth and it is the same story on Sunday as well. It collected Rs. 1.38 Crores on Sunday. By the end of the first weekend, Tejas could only manage Rs. 3.8 Crores in three days which just equals the publicity costs. Now that the weekday has started, the film might not sustain much.
