Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of IPL 2022. It is said that the CSK allrounder has left the bio bubble and was on his way home. The official news from the Chennai Super Kings is that Ravindra Jadeja has sustained a rib injury and has been out of the IPL 2022.
While the statement is clear, rumors surfaced internet that all is not well between the franchise and the player. Ravindra Jadeja has been retained by the CSK before the auction for Rs. 16 Crores, the highest bid. Two days before the opener, the news came out that Jadeja has been handed over the captaincy. However, his captaincy stint isn’t smooth as CSK has lost the first five matches. After 8 matches, Jadeja returned the captaincy to MS Dhoni and continued as a player.
Now, him being out of IPL, rumors aren’t stopping. CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan has cleared the air that the star all-rounder is released purely on medical grounds and he is surely in the franchise’s scheme of things.
