India is touring Zimbabwe for the three-match ODI series starting August 18th. The third ODI will be completed on August 22nd. The coaching staff for Team India has been unveiled and according to the latest update, the coaching staff for the Indian team for this tour has been unveiled.

Team management has decided to give head coach Rahul Dravid a break for this tour. India’s batting coach Vikram Rathour and bowling coach Paras Mhambrey will be on a break as well. VVS Laxman, India’s current head of the National Cricket Academy (NCA) will handle the coach position.

It is known that Laxman acted as the head coach during India’s tour of Ireland in Dravid’s absence. India’s tour of Zimbabwe will be part of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. India is currently placed 7th on the table with 79 points in 12 games. However, India qualifies directly by virtue of being the host.
