In the 100 days to the ODI World Cup event held in Mumbai today, the fixtures for the upcoming ODI World Cup that will be hosted by India have been revealed. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will host the World Cup opener along with the all-important India – Pakistan, Australia – England games as well. The World’s largest cricket stadium will also host the World Cup final.

The Eden Gardens in Kolkata and the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai will host the two semifinals of the World Cup 2023. The World Cup campaign will kickstart with the last tournament’s finalists New Zealand and England on October 5th. The tournament which will progress for around six and half weeks will have 10 venues to play in. Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Dharamsala, and Lucknow will host all the World Cup games.

A total of 48 games will be played over 46 days. Like in the previous edition, the semifinals and the finals will have a reserve day.
