It is known that Telangana Congress is now divided into two groups. One that is supporting Telangana Congress head Revanth Reddy and the other opposes Revanth Reddy. A few days back, Congress veteran leader Digvijay Singh was in Hyderabad and he spoke to Congress senior leaders Bhatti Vikramarka, Maheshwar Reddy, etc.,
However, Digvijay Singh’s meeting doesn’t yield positive results as the gap widened in the TPCC. Revanth Reddy is planning to start Padayatra from January 26th all over Telangana. But the Congress senior leaders are opposing it openly. Maheshwar Reddy came before the media and revealed that AICC didn’t give permission for Padayatra to Revanth Reddy and also he was supposed to do Padayatra in his constituency but not all over the state.
Keeping this aside, the Congress party is having a meeting tomorrow and as per the political sources, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has personally called the rebel party leaders and asked them to attend the meeting.
