Famous Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has received a summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in relation to an online betting case. It is said that the online betting platform Mahadev Book is said to have given some amount of cash to Ranbir Kapoor to promote it. The ED has been investigating the case and they found out that Rs. 112 Crores was paid in cash to an event management company to promote the platform.
After Ranbir Kapoor, the ED officials might summon more Bollywood celebrities who are connected to the Mahadev Book betting case in one way or another. Ranbir Kapoor hasn’t responded to this case yet.
On the films side, Ranbir Kapoor has completed the shooting of his upcoming film Animal. The movie is slated for a December 1st release. Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the director of the movie.
