Those who follow movies closely will know that Naveen Medaram was the original director of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Devil. The movie’s shooting was done mostly by him but unwanted controversies resulted in him exiting the project.
Abhishek Nama, the producer of this movie has named himself the director too. Devil is getting released on December 29th. As the film will be released, Naveen Medaram responded to the film and controversy. He said that Devil is his baby and he worked tirelessly in every department, right from selecting the locations, finalizing the fabrics, etc., He revealed in a statement that he directed the film for 105 days. According to him, everything is his work except for a few patchwork sequences.
“I want to clarify that I have not committed any wrongdoing in the making of this film. The controversy we face today is a result of taking a few careless decisions driven by pure ego and greed,” stated the director.
He called everyone to watch Devil and expressed confidence that it would do good.
