“Kurchi Madathapetti” has become a viral trend of late. An old man used it in one of the interviews and it trended viral on social media. Even the phrase was used in the Superstar Mahesh Babu’s recent outing Guntur Kaaram. Now, Kurchi Madathapetti has caught up in the political circles as well.
Since yesterday, the Telugu Party leaders have been using this phrase to attack the ruling party. Yesterday Chandrababu Naidu said, “If you and your YCP cadre roll up your shirt sleeves, we, TDP and Jana Sena cadre are ready to do the Kurchi Madathapetti movement. If that happens you will not have your seat.”
Similarly, Nara Lokesh during the Shankaravam event in Vizianagaram said similar dialogues and he even went a step ahead and really folded a steel chair. It brought huge response from the public present at the event along with the TDP and Jana Sena cadre.
