A video of famous lyricist and writer Javed Akhtar is becoming very viral on social media. This video is from Pakistan and Javed Akhtar’s comment in the video is making headlines.
Javed Akhtar recently went on a tour of Pakistan and had to participate in the Faiz Festival in Lahore.
In an interview during this festival, Javed Akhtar said, “We had organized big functions for Nusrat and Mehdi. There was no function of Lata Mangeshkar in your country. So the reality is that we should not blame each other, solution will not come out of that”.
Referring to the Mumbai attacks, Javed Akhtar said, “The thing is that nowadays the temperature is so hot, it should be reduced. We are the people of Bombay, we saw how the attack took place. Those people had not come from Norway, nor had they come from Egypt. Those people are still roaming in your country. So if this complaint is in the heart of India, then you should not feel bad”.
Referring to Faiz, Javed Akhtar said that when Faiz Sahab came to India, it seemed as if a national head had come.

They agreed with my comments. There are many people who love India and want to have relationship with India.’
