Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has urged the public to follow dietary guidelines for a healthier lifestyle. Expressing concern over the health issues caused by poor eating habits, he highlighted that for a family of four, 600 grams of salt, 2 liters of cooking oil, and 3 kilograms of sugar are sufficient for a month. He emphasized that reducing the intake of salt, oil, and sugar could help prevent health problems. Additionally, he called on all citizens of the state to engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for better health.
