Regina Cassandra and Nivetha Thomas played the lead roles in the movie Saakini Daakini. The film is the official remake of the Korean super hit Midnight Runners. The project is directed by Sudheer Varma and the film got released today. Now, the OTT streaming platform of the movie has been revealed.
Actually, Saakini Daakini was meant for direct OTT release. The deal was closed with Netflix to stream directly on the OTT platform. However, the last-minute changes meant the film went for theatrical release and Netflix has to settle with post-theatrical rights.
The exact streaming date of the movie will be revealed very soon. Netflix will announce it in a few days. There might be a four-week window between the theatrical and digital release.
