Varanasi: The Swarr Ved Mahamandir, located near Varanasi, is now recognized as the world’s largest meditation center. Situated 12 kilometers from the city along the banks of the Ganga in Umrah, it has become a major attraction for spiritual seekers.
Recently inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this seven-story temple allows 20,000 people to meditate and practice yoga at the same time.

The Swarr Ved Mahamandir took nearly 20 years to build, with a cost of around Rs 1000 crore. It is part of the Vihangam Yoga Institute, founded by Saint Sadafool Maharaj, who has established hundreds of ashrams worldwide.
The temple’s design features intricate carvings, with walls displaying ancient scriptures, including the Vedas and Upanishads. Built with Makrana marble, it is shaped like a lotus flower, adding to its visual beauty.
Swarr Ved Mahamandir stands as a symbol of spiritual wisdom and peaceful meditation, attracting visitors from all over the world.
