Bihar: In a bizarre incident from Bihar, a young man named Mithilesh, who only completed his 10th grade, became an IPS officer at just 18 years old, raising eyebrows and questions about his qualifications. After marrying at the age of 19, he sought employment and was misled by a man named Manoj Singh, who promised him a police job for a bribe of Rs 2 lakh.
Believing the offer, Mithilesh borrowed the money from his uncle and handed it over to Singh, who provided him with a uniform and a counterfeit pistol, along with false posting orders for the Halsey police station. Confident in his newfound status, Mithilesh donned the uniform and went to the station, only to be arrested by real police officers.
His mother, initially overjoyed at her son being a police officer, remained unaware of the truth until after his arrest. Bihar police are now searching for Manoj Singh, the mastermind behind this fraudulent scheme.
