Love Today attracted the youth. The dubbing film backed by Dil Raju got released last weekend and has earned decent reviews. Love Today has collected a gross of Rs. 6.30 Cr over the weekend which is very good. The share must be around Rs. 3 Cr mark and it can already be considered a successful venture.
Love Today got decent collections on opening day and with the positive reviews and word of mouth it saw a superb jump and continued the momentum on Sunday as well. We have to wait and see whether the film can sustain momentum on a working day as well.
On the other hand, Allari Naresh’s Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam has disappointed. It opened to mediocre reviews and the lack of entertainment hasn’t helped the film either. It collected a gross of Rs. 2.4 Cr which is very poor and one can say that it is turning out to be a disaster.
