For New Year’s eve, a few unnoticed films were released and were completely smashed at the box office. It was the Christmas release, Dhamaka that continued to dominate at the box office. Another Christmas release, 18 Pages has nothing to show for this weekend. Dhamaka made most of the money. Dhamaka turned out to be a super hit. With the latest collections, all the distributors in the Telugu States turned out to be profitable.
Aadi Saikumar’s Top Gear, Bigg Boss fame Sohel’s Lucky Lakshman, and Korra Meenu failed to entertain the crowds. On the other hand, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Kushi re-release sets some records. It did well very well creating a high grosser record among the re-released films.
Avatar 2 on the other hand had its share of audiences.
