Made on a small budget, Balagam has won international awards now. Balagam has received two awards at the Los Angeles Cinematography Awards (LACA) for March 2023. It won awards in the categories of Best Feature Film and Best Cinematography (Acharya Venu). The certificates were presented to director Venu Yeldandi. Balagam is titled “The Group” in English.
Starring Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram in the lead roles, Balagam won huge critical acclaim as well as Box Office success.
