Samantha Ruth Prabhu has recovered from a rare health condition called Myositis where a person can’t even tolerate a small disturbance. Samantha took many months off from shooting and after recovering she is busy with commitments. Samantha is currently busy with the shooting of Kushi, a romantic entertainer which is being directed by Shiva Nirvana and has Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Kushi is scheduled for September 1st release.
The shooting of Kushi is in the last stages of shooting and according to the latest update, Samantha is going to take a long break from her career. It is said that Samantha is going to be out of action for a year.
The news is that she is heading to the USA for better treatment of Myositis. She will stay in the US for a month. Samantha is returning the advances she took for further projects. She is also playing the lead role in the web series Citadel Indian version which has Varun Dhawan in the lead role.
