Both the Friday releases Ahimsa and Nenu Student Sir crashed badly which were released yesterday. The average ratings of both the films haven’t crossed 2.5 which is a very negative phenomenon for the small-budget flicks.
Ahimsa was backed by Suresh Productions which has Suresh Babu’s younger son Abhiram making his debut as the hero. Ahimsa was termed as one of the bad films coming from director Teja. It turned out to be an embarrassment as many shows got canceled on the first day due to a lack of audiences. With the film getting bad reviews, Ahimsa will end up as a disaster. However, the film was made on a shoestring budget which means the producers will be in a safe zone.
On the other hand, Nenu Student Sir was better when compared to Ahimsa but the film hasn’t got any X factor to pull the audience. Bellamkonda Ganesh played the lead role in the movie.
