Tollywood prominent producer Suresh Babu and his son, actor Daggubati Rana are now facing criminal charges. In connection to the Film Nagar land controversy a businessman named Pramod Kumar lodged a criminal case against these two prominent personalities.
According to the sources, in connection to a land controversy, Pramod Kumar alleged that Suresh Babu threatened to take his life, and used intimidating actions to force him to vacate the land. Pramod Kumar stated in the case that he approached Banjara Hills Police Station but no action was taken.
With no option left, Pramod Kumar now approached the court which inturns now issued a summons for Suresh Babu, Daggubati Rana, and several others to appear for the hearing.
