Tollywood has this strange aspect of losing our loved celebrities in a pack. We have seen nearly half-a-dozen comedians leaving this place in a short span. Now, we have witnessed senior heroes, and veteran character artists breathing their lasts. In a very short span, we have lost Rebel Star Krishnam Raju, Super Star Krishna, a few days back Kaikala Satyanarayana, and a couple of days Chalapathi Rao.
Speaking about this strange development, veteran comedian Babu Mohan said that “It is a weird aspect in Tollywood. We have lost so many stalwarts in quick succession. That had happened before with our comedians. Now, it is happening again. It is very sad that our cine family is losing the stalwarts. We as artists strive to bring happiness to the face of everyone. But why god is very harsh on us? Please god, spare us,” he said.
Babu Mohan made these comments while speaking to JSW and JaiSwaraajya.tv communication manager Chiluveru Shankar in an interview.
