Hyderabad: Minister Konda Surekha’s remarks involving Samantha, Naga Chaitanya, and Nagarjuna during her criticism of BRS leader KTR have sparked outrage. The film industry has expressed strong disapproval of these comments.
Responding to this, Movie Artists Association (MAA) President Manchu Vishnu voiced his concerns. Manchu Vishnu stated that using false claims for political gains is highly disappointing and expressed sadness over the pain caused to film families. He highlighted that just like any other field, the film industry thrives on mutual respect and trust.

Manchu Vishnu urged political leaders not to drag actors and their families into public or political debates for attention. He highlighted the importance of respecting the personal lives of actors and warned that the industry will not tolerate attacks on film families.
Manchu Vishnu also assured that the entire industry would stand united against such incidents, highlighting the need for dignity and respect for all.
