Details of the study by Researchers from King’s College London got published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition about the same. According to it, they conducted four weeks study on several participants and found that those who consumed high amounts of almonds had a positive effect on their physical health along with improved gut health when compared to those who eat Chocolates and Chips.

It is said that fiber plays a key role in stimulating probiotics to increase good bacteria in the intestines.
