It is known that Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna locked horns for the upcoming Dasara festival as Chiranjeevi’s GodFather and Nagarjuna’s The Ghost are scheduled for release on the same day i.e., October 5th. Though it is a Dasara festival, trade was surprised to see Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna pitting against each other as they share a very close bonding.
However, the clash is averted now. It is said that Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi spoke to each other and come to good terms. As the Dasara festival is a long weekend, Nagarjuna has decided to postpone his film by 2 days. As per the latest information, The Ghost will be released on Friday i.e., October 7th, 2 days after GodFather’s release.
This decision will be advantageous for both movies. GodFather is being directed by Mohan Raja and it is the official remake of the Malayalam super hit flick Lucifer. The Ghost is an action-adventure directed by Praveen Sattaru in which Nagarjuna played an Interpol officer.
