Yesterday, three films were released at the box office. Sudheer Babu‘s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, Kiran Abbavaram’s Nenu Meeku Baga Kavalsinavaadini, Regina and Nivetha’s Saakini Daakini were released at the theaters and sadly no film has won the hearts of the audiences. All three films received negative feedback.
This is the most disappointing Friday in recent times. While Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali is targeted at the youth, Nenu Meeku Baga Kavalsinavaadini is targeted at the masses but these films couldn’t satisfy any genre audiences. Saakini Daakini took the lowest openings at the box office and the film will find it really hard from here to recover the expenses. Suresh Productions has distributed the film.
The other two films will end up as loss ventures for the parties involved as well. Overall, it was a dull Friday and the weekend will remain dull as well. Last weekend’s releases Brahmastra and Oke Oka Jeevitham have seen considerable drops as well.
