Telugu Cinema has seen a superb August to date. Right from the first week to the third week, Sita Ramam, Bimbisara, and Karthikeya 2 performed beyond expectations and the theaters were house fulls with these movies. Only Macherla Niyojakavargam was disappointed in these three weeks.
However, the Telugu Cinema has seen a downfall this week as the released three movies had a dismal performance. Three movies that got released and Wanted Pandugod, Tees Maar Khan, and Highway. While Highway is an OTT film, the other two were released in the theaters.
Much disappointing for the movie lovers, all these three movies performed on a dismal note. K Raghavendra Rao presented Wanted Pandugod. Everyone was in shock that the legendary filmmaker got associated with content like this. Aadi Saikumar who has been lying low with flops has faced another one this weekend. His career dips once again. Overall, it is a pathetic weekend and the old releases will continue to mint the collections.
