The new Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today conducted a Praja Darbar program at the Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan. A huge number of people attended the Praja Darbar and presented petitions highlighting their concerns to the government. A help desk was arranged for the public to discuss their problems with the government.
On the first day, victims of the Kondapochamma flood came in large numbers to present their grievances to the newly appointed Chief Minister. Revanth Reddy heard all their problems with patience and assured them of a quick resolution. The victims stated that they were not given any compensation by the old government.
Praja Darbar is the new initiative by the Revanth Reddy government. 20 dedicated staff were appointed to thoroughly foresee the grievances. A monthly review will be conducted to assess the progress in the complaints received.
