MS Dhoni’s knee surgery turned out successful

Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has undergone knee surgery. We have reported that he is likely to undergo knee surgery which has troubled him recently during the IPL 2023. Dhoni consulted Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute in Mumbai. Dr. Pardiwala is a specialist in sports orthopedics and he is the one who is treating Indian Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant who is on his road to recovery after a drastic accident.

CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan revealed that he spoke to Dhoni after the surgery and he sounded fine. Sakshi Dhoni accompanied Dhoni after the surgery. It is said that the surgery is a keyhole surgery. Keyhole surgery which is also known as arthroscopic surgery is an open procedure and it is a small insertion in three to four points around the knee through which the surgery is performed.

It is well known that MS Dhoni promised the fans that he will return to the league next year. Dhoni was discharged late in the evening.
