Visakhapatnam: The South Central Railway (SCR) has announced the continuation of the additional stoppage at Eluru for the Secunderabad–Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20707/20708) for another six months, starting February 25.
According to an official press release issued on February 8, the train from Secunderabad will stop at Eluru at 9:49 a.m. for a minute, while the return service from Visakhapatnam will halt at 5:44 p.m. for a minute.

This decision comes as a major relief for passengers traveling from Eluru, allowing them to continue accessing the premium train service. The move is likely based on high passenger demand and convenience, ensuring seamless connectivity to two major cities—Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam.
The Vande Bharat Express has gained immense popularity for its speed, modern amenities, and reduced travel time, making it a preferred choice for travelers. With this extension, passengers from Eluru can continue to experience high-speed rail connectivity with enhanced comfort and efficiency.
