Cast: Naga Shaurya, Shirley Setia
Director: Anish Krishna
Producer: Usha Mulpuri , Naga Shaurya
Music: Swara Sagar Mahathi

Naga Shourya is looking for a success from a long time. All his recent films failed to impress the audience and this time he came up with a class story titled Krishna Vrinda Vihari. Will this bring the much needed success? Let us find out.

Story:
Krishna Chari (Naga Shourya) comes up from a orthodox Brahmin family. He works as a technical trainer in an IT company. He loves his manager Vrinda (Shirley Setia) and somehow makes her fall for him.

Krishna lies about an important aspect of Vrinda to his parents and marries her. What are the consequences he face? How he faces family problems after his marriage and how he overcame forms the crux of the story.

Performances:
Naga Shourya suited the character well. He looks good onscreen. He played the character well. Shirley Setia did her best to fit in as a North Indian girl who struggles to fit in a typical orthodox South Indian setup. Amitash Pradhan did well in his role.

Radhika Sharat Kumar fits well in the character of an orthodox Brahmin mother. She played her part so well. The others are fine.

Brahmaji, Rahul Ramakrishna, Vennela Kishore, and Satya tried to give comic relief.

Technicalities:
Anish Krishna picked up a fresh story and tried to deal with a lighter vein approach. However, he should have taken more care in dealing with the first half which ends up as a mediocre product. However, he handled the typical mother-in-law, and daughter-in-law clashes well in the second half. Again, the climax falls flat and the ending will give a mixed feeling.

Mahathi Swara Sagar has given decent songs if not great. Three songs look good onscreen as well. The cinematography is fine. The editing is on point. The production values are okay.

Analysis:
Krishna Vrinda Vihari is not a bad film but definitely not a good one either. The first half especially tests our patience. Things look cool in the second half. However, again climax played the spoilsport. Krishna Vrinda Vihari can be given a try if you have nothing to do this weekend.
