Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) Chief YS Sharmila Reddy has made sensational allegations against former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, accusing him of betrayal, manipulation, and greed. In a fiery statement, she claimed that Jagan conspired against his own family members for personal gains and even forced YV Subba Reddy to spread falsehoods.
Sharmila alleged that Jagan attempted to seize the properties of his nephew and niece, showing his true nature. She stated that despite YV Subba Reddy’s reluctance, Jagan pressured him into holding a press conference filled with fabricated claims. Furthermore, she accused Jagan of orchestrating a smear campaign against her when she tried to expose the truth.
“Jagan’s credibility is zero. He has betrayed his own mother, pushed his family into disputes over property, and manipulated his close aides to lie for him,” she declared. She also criticized his alliance with the BJP, stating that it goes against YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s legacy.
Accusing him of corruption and deception, she remarked, “Jagan is all about arrogance, wealth, and backstabbing. His character is an empty bottle.” With the 2025 elections approaching, her statements are expected to stir political tensions in Andhra Pradesh.
