YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy who is a cousin to AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy today approached the Telangana High Court to pass orders to the CBI to not arrest him. Avinash Reddy filed a petition in the Telangana HC and in the petition Avinash Reddy mentioned that the CBI gave him 160 CRPC notices and he requested the court to issue no-arrest orders to the CBI.

In the same petition, Avinash Reddy requested the court to order CBI to allow audio and video recordings of the investigation and also allow his lawyer’s presence. Avinash Reddy, who according to CBI, has a hand in YS Viveka’s murder has been called twice for the investigation.

He along with his father Bhaskar Reddy had to attend the investigation once again on the 12th of this month. In wake of this, Avinash Reddy approaching HC has become a hot topic.
