At last, the KCR government backed off. It is very clear that there is a clear distant gap between the government of Telangana and the governor of Telangana. In this regard, the Telangana government wanted to introduce the budget as the assembly sessions will begin in four days. However, Telangana governor Tamilisai Soundararajan hasn’t given permission for this and as the assembly sessions are approaching Telangana government approached the High Court. A lunch motion petition was filed on Monday as the government wanted to proceed with the budget sessions without the governor’s speech.

Supreme Court fielded senior advocate Dushyant Dave for the proceedings. As per the suggestion of the high court, the counsel of the government and the counsel of the Governor had a few discussions and agreed upon terms. Telangana government has agreed to start the budget proceedings with the governor’s speech and the governor is going to approve the budget sessions.

With this, the Telangana government has withdrawn the lunch motion petition, under dramatic circumstances.
