Popular actor, Politician Prakash Raj has met Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at his Erravalli farmhouse. He met yesterday and spent some time. Prakash Raj made his appearance today as well. It is being speculated that KCR will be nominating Prakash Raj for one of the Rajya Sabha posts.
The Election Commission of India has issued a notification regarding filling the Rajya Sabha polls. Telangana government will have to fill three vacancies and it is said that Prakash Raj’s name will be nominated for one of the vacancies.
Off late, Prakash Raj has been meeting KCR. Two months ago, he met KCR and accompanied him to Mumbai where KCR met Maharashtra’s CM. Prakash Raj’s ideology is completely against BJP and so is KCR’s. So the likemindedness is what worked in favor. However, an official confirmation is awaited from the TRS’s camp.
The polls to fill in the Rajya Sabha vacancies will be held on May 30th.
