YS Vivekananda Reddy’s death is still a mysterious one. His daughter YS Sunitha is alleging that the evidence in this murder case is being tampered with. Currently, CBI is investigating the murder case and an interesting development took place as YS Sunitha, cousin sister of YS Jagan has moved to Supreme Court.
She filed a petition requesting the trial court inquiry be moved to the Telangana, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka High Courts but not to the Andhra Pradesh high court.
She claimed that CBI officials are working under pressure and feared that the case might be manipulated and the evidence might be erased. Supreme Court has listed the petition for admission. Supreme Court has served CBI and the chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh notices to respond before October 14.
This move by YS Sunitha indicates that she doesn’t trust YS Jagan’s government. Now, it became a hot topic.
