The act of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy to rename the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in the name of YSR has created ripples in the state. Everyone waited for the reaction of the Nandamuri family and NTR’s wife Lakshmi Parvati.
NTR Jr, Kalyan Ram, and Balakrishna condemned the act in their own ways. Balakrishna reacted rather strongly while NTR Jr. reacted diplomatically. However, Lakshmi Parvati’s reaction today has surprised many.
Interacting with the media, Lakshmi Parvati said that YS Jagan has no intentions to demean the legendary NTR. “Our Chief Minister has no disrespect or hatred for NTR garu. In fact it was Chandrababu who disrespected him,” said Lakshmi Parvati.
Later, she warned everyone who question her integrity towards NTR and question their marriage. Lakshmi Parvati concluded by saying, “I will soon meet YS Jagan and give a letter to name some big project after NTR,” she said.
